Terms & Conditions of Site Rental.

Governed under the laws of the State of Arizona, Yavapai County.

1. Acceptance and scope

Welcome to Burro RV Park. By using this website or entering the park in Kirkland, AZ, you agree to these terms. Please review them before booking a stay or leasing park facilities. An online inquiry is not an application, reservation or payment; the team confirms availability, the applicable offer and site fit first.

2. Check-in, check-out and parking

Check-in is after 1:00 PM Arizona time on your arrival date. Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Each rented site is for one primary recreational vehicle and one towing or passenger vehicle. Additional trailers need advance written consent and may carry additional fees.

3. RV standards and hookups

Use RV-rated cords, surge protectors and water pressure regulators. Unauthorized wiring changes, exposed splices or household cords run across the ground are not allowed. RVs on long-term sites must be kept in safe, roadworthy condition.

4. Park rules, quiet hours and wildlife

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily, and generators may not run during quiet hours. Store trash and pet waste in sealed bins right away so you do not attract local wildlife such as javelinas, coyotes and wild burros. Feeding wild animals on or near your site is not allowed and may result in removal from the park.

5. Saloon conduct and commercial kitchen leases

Guests of the historic Burro Saloon must behave respectfully, and the saloon may refuse service. Underage drinking is illegal. Commercial kitchen lessees must keep food handler certifications current, complete cleanup checklists and follow local health codes.

6. Weather and liability

Burro RV Park is in rural Arizona high desert. Guests are responsible for protecting their RVs and property from high winds, temperature swings and storms. To the extent allowed by law, the park is not liable for damage from fallen branches, power surges, utility outages or wildlife.
