Welcome to Our Little Corner of the Desert
Five years ago, we fell in love with a peaceful, rustic slice of the Arizona countryside. As a local family, we decided to purchase the historical Burro RV Park and Saloon. Since then, we've invested our hearts, souls, and extensive renovations to create an authentic, welcoming, and cost-effective desert haven.
Unlike corporate campsites run by cold management companies, we operate directly on the ground. When you visit or rent a lot with us, you're dealing with family. We care about maintaining a friendly community, keeping the beer cold, and ensuring your stay is safe, quiet, and satisfying.

Monthly 50-AMP Lot
A cost-effective, premium alternative to pricey Prescott options. Ideal for winter stayers, full-time travelers, and the working crews who keep this corner of Arizona running—seasonal and traveling contract workers, construction crews, and mine employees commuting to Bagdad, Prescott, and Wickenburg.
What's Included:
What's in the rent: Water, sewer, and trash are included.
Electricity: Tenant is responsible for electricity via an individual APS meter. After your application is approved, you contact APS directly to place the meter in your name.
Move-in costs: A $15 application fee and a $300 security deposit.
Desert Dry Camping
Bring your self-contained rig, van, or overland setup. Rest right beneath Yavapai County's massive, light-pollution-free dome of stars.
